Alameda Landing Phase I & II Condominiums is a residential portion of the larger mixed use Alameda Landing project. Built on the site of the former U.S. Navy’s Fleet Industrial Supply Center, the project involved brownfield remediation. The landscape features a highly diverse plant palette (92 species) and high efficiency irrigation system.

Provides shelter for wildlife with native plants such as Cercis occidentalis, Sambucus, Arctostaphylos, Calycanthus, Cornus, Mahonia, and Ramnus.
All compost and mulch used is recycled from local, organic material.
Saves 926,664 gallons of water per year and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by between 93 - 242 tons of CO2e over the life of the project .
