Built on the site of the former U.S. Nave’s Fleet Industrial Supply Center, the project involved brownfield remediation. The landscape features a highly diverse plant palette (92 species) and high efficiency irrigation system.

- All compost and mulch used is recycled from local, organic material.
- Saves 926,664 gallons of water per year and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by between 93 - 242 tons of CO2e over the life of the project .
