INSTRUCTOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
ReScape California is accepting RFQ applications from qualified individuals to deliver formal classroom and on-site trainings and workshops at ReScape sponsored events. Our courses are based on whole-systems-thinking, and specifically include our 8 Principles: Act Local, Reduce Waste, Nurture Soil, Sequester Carbon, Save Water, Conserve Energy, Protect Water and Air, Create Habitat. The Instructors will provide curriculum that teaches the latest, leading edge content, data and best practices, and incorporates all learning styles.
The RFQ application is to be completed in full and all fields populated with the requested information, or “N/A” if field is not applicable. Upload a cover letter with complete details about your interest in becoming an instructor, a resume, curriculum or writing sample, and a presentation video or slide deck (optional) by 28 February at 4:00 pm.
Applicants will receive a response in mid-March 2019 with information about next steps, including the interview schedule. Contracted instructors will be scheduled for late Spring/early Summer 2019 trainings.

Note: If you are interested in serving as a non-Board Member on our Curriculum & Standards Committee as a subject expert representing one of our 8 Sustainable Principles, please check the box below. The Committee will research, develop and update the highest, science-based standards and best-practices for our education and advocacy efforts. This Committee will also help monitor results of trainings and practices to assure continuous benefit, and provide feedback for updates of ReScape guidelines and printed publications.
