SAMPLE MAINTENANCE TRAINING CURRICULUM
Please note that the curriculum is subject to change. We strive to continually enhance our training program to meet the needs of Bay Area landscape professionals.
Property owners and managers are looking for ways to reduce irrigation water costs, cut down on the use of potentially toxic landscaping chemicals, and simplify maintenance requirements. This increased interest is driving greater demand for trained and experienced Bay-Friendly Qualified Professionals to maintain civic, commercial and residential landscapes.
To meet this demand, the Bay-Friendly Maintenance Training and Qualification for Existing Landscapes course is now offered by the Bay-Friendly Landscaping and Gardening Coalition in locations around the Bay Area.
This training course was developed with the input of leading landscape maintenance professionals from around the Bay. This 24-hour training program is taught by leading experts in stormwater management, soil health, irrigation, plant care, integrated pest management, and more.
To view available classes check our Events Calendar. Look for events titled Bay-Friendly Training & Qualification and follow the links to register.
