- Bay-Friendly practices were incorporated throughout including native plantings, on-site stormwater management, sustainable and recycled materials, and permeable paving.
- The green roof, planted with succulent and native insectary plants provides additional stormwater benefits and bee and butterfly habitat.
- Saves 144,390 gallons of water per year and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by between 10.55 – 27.35 tons of CO2e over the life of the project .
