This renovated neighborhood park incorporates sustainable design while offering a delightful play experience for the local youth. This park features a new way of installing poured-in-place rubber surfacing over a permeable concrete sub-base rather the traditional concrete base. This to our knowledge was the first time the manufacturer installed the paving this way in the Bay area. Other project features include cardboard sheet mulching, full cut-off LED lights, OMRI non-chemical soil amendments and low maintenance drought tolerant climate adapted plants.
