Garden for the Environment and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Present:

Pest Management the Organic Way

Chemical fertilizers and pesticides used to be normal tools controlling pests and diseases in home gardens. Now, many gardeners choose alternatives like creating their own compost and home remedies for weeds, snails, bugs and plant disease. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to prevent, identify, and treat common garden issues naturally in our beautiful, chemical-free demonstration garden. We’ll teach you tricks to keep your garden healthy and thriving year-round!
